Refund policy
Exchanges:
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange, if returned in saleable condition (showing no signs of damage or use, and all jewellery packaging should be returned with the item(s)), within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the exchange or return of earrings,.
Exchange Process:
1. Email Ayalurejewellery@gmail.com to let us know you’d like to exchange your item(s).
- Please provide your order number, and the items you are exchanging.
- Please provide a tracking number.

2. Send your item to the return address we provide you in our reply (please note we do not cover the shipping cost of returning the item to us). We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. Returns that arrive back to us damaged from improper customer packaging will not be accepted.
3. Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll process it within 5 business days.
4. All exchanges will be processed for store credit, with which you’re then able to select another piece. You’ll receive an email from us with details of the store credit.
5. You’ll now be able to place a new order on our site using the store credit. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on returns.
Certain Provisions Regarding Purchases:
We attempt to ship all orders promptly, and in most cases, orders will be processed immediately and will ship out within one (1) to seven (7) business days. Please remember that ALL PURCHASES ARE MADE TO ORDER, so please be patient, as orders don't usually ship out the day they are placed. Please allow additional time for shipments to remote addresses as well as international orders. Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines; The Littl cannot guarantee that the time frames noted will be met.
