A single length of gold, curved around the finger and left open at the front.

The two ends pass one another rather than meeting, each finishing in a smooth rounded tip, so the ring reads as one continuous gesture with no join and no decoration anywhere on it.

The open construction gives a small amount of flex, which means it settles onto a finger more forgivingly than a closed band does.
