A dark square at the lobe, with a fine chain looping down behind it.

The stud sits flat and small. The chain runs from the front through the piercing and hangs in a loose curve at the back, so from the front you see almost nothing and from the side you see the whole thing.

Front to back designs work on a simple principle. They give you movement and length without adding any visible weight to the face.
