A flattened oval, folded once through the middle.

The band widens and narrows as it turns, catching a single long highlight along the fold rather than breaking light into segments. It is closer to a ribbon than a hoop, and it sits upright against the lobe rather than swinging.

Where our rope hoops repeat a twist over and over, this makes one turn and stops. Restraint is what separates the two.
