A puffed heart with a star cut into its face, on a twisted rope chain.

The heart is solid and rounded rather than flat, which gives it weight and a proper drop when worn. The engraved star sits slightly off centre, and the rope chain adds texture where a plain cable chain would have gone unnoticed.
